PHARMSTAGE is totally free for the Buyers and for Sellers there are various subscription plan which can be viewed on sellers page. However as of now its free for 60 days.

  • Provide link here where it takes to search, view and buy products
  • Search for the product
  • Submit the request along with products specifications and Quantities

Once the enquiry is submitted on our platform, you will see all the supplier selling that product you requires along with their per unit selling price. Final negotiations happens directly between both the parties on CHAT panel and is not visible to others.  

At appropriate places we have given a button to upload the documents. Once the document is uploaded you click on the document, document will open than you can save it your local drive.  

Functionality has been provided on the portal to manage user accounts  


There are three type of accounts managed on our portal for both buyers and sellers

  • User
  • Admin
  • Super Admin

Admin and Super admin manage users and manage roles for each user

Following INCO terms are available on our platform  

  • EXW – Ex Works
  • FCA – Free Carrier
  • CPT – Carriage Paid to
  • CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to
  • DAP – Delivered at place

Buyer once they receive a shipment from the supplier has an option to reject and return the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment there is a pre-defined list and you will have to select one of them.  

Payments related to trade is directly between buyers and sellers as per agreed terms.  

Payments related to subscription is as below:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Netbanking ….

You can manage your team editors from the Admin Dashboard (User Management). You can easily upgrade and downgrade your number of users and pay for only the number of active accounts per month.  

Any admin can adjust the permissions of any other team member. You can change permissions of each team member in the User Management section. There is no limit on the number of admins on a team.  

You will be notified 30 days before your annual plan is set to renew. At this time, you can change the number of seats on your annual plan for the next year; otherwise, it will renew for the same number of seats again. You could also choose not to renew your annual plan, in which case all of your team editors would be paid monthly.
